Welcome to my website!

I am a broadly trained naturalist interested in evolution, ecology and genomics. My research aims to understand the genetic mechanisms underlying species interactions in response to changing environments. I combine computational and laboratory analyses with fieldwork to link genetic variation—often across multiple species—to phenotypes, fitness, and population patterns across environmental gradients.

I am currently a post-doctoral research associate with Prof. Brandon S Cooper at the University of Montana where I study the genetic basis underlying frequency, transmission and acquisition of wolbachia in insects (specifically Drosophila and Lepidoptera). I got my PhD under Prof. Carol Boggs at the University of South Carolina where I am studied the genetic mechanisms underlying maladaptive oviposition behavior in Pieris macdunnoughii. Please check out my research page to know more about my work and contact me if you wish to talk more about my research or to collaborate.
